For problem areas big and small, work on an individual basis to gain clarity, understanding, challenge distorted or unhealthy thinking patterns and maladaptive coping mechanisms, and acquire skills to adapt to life’s challenges in more functional ways.

Work with the therapist to help gain a new perspective on relationship difficulties, improve interpersonal and communication skills with a partner, re-establish boundaries and values in a relationship, and gain understanding of what a healthier relationship could look like and the steps to acquire this.
